As a worker, you may encounter instances where you may experience some technical difficulties as we update our platform. Whenever you encounter an error we ask that you provide us a screenshot as well as a description of the kind of problem you encounter. 

How To Take A Screenshot - Windows

1. Click on your Internet browser window with the problem open
 
2. Hold down Alt + Print Screen (PrtScn). This will take a screenshot of your active window
 
 - Print Screen (PrtScn) is located on the top right of your keyboard
 
2. Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Paint 
 
3. After Paint is opened, hold Ctrl + V to paste your browser window onto paint
 
4. With the screenshot now in paint, go to File > Save As and then save your picture as a file
 
5. Attach this file with a description of the problem you encountered when contacting technical support
 
 
 

How To Take A Screenshot - Mac

1. Click on your Internet browser window with the problem open

2. Hold down Command + Shift + 4

3. Press the Spacebar and then click on your Internet browser window to capture a screenshot of your current window

4. Your Mac will save the screenshot as a file on your desktop that will be titled similarly to "Screen shot 2015-04-09 at 08.45.00 AM.png"

5. Attach this file with a description of the problem you encountered when contacting technical support
