When did the rules change

Ok. Today, I was repeatedly flagged for not including a speaker change notation when the speaker was interrupted by music, applause or blank audio. When did this change. It is the same speaker. I am again noticing that there is not consistency between and/or among the reviewers. My scores have gone down dramatically in the last 7 days. So, if there's a change in rules, I must have missed it. Also, I'm unable to dispute the scores with the current system that is in place. I'm feeling very frustrated right now.

Hm, that doesn't sound right. Music and blank audio doesn't require a speaker change. Maybe some new reviewers are misinterpreting the rules?

One thing though, [APPLAUSE] DOES require a speaker change. According to the guidelines: "Use speaker changes with ccc (for COUGH), lll (for LAUGH), aaa (for APPLAUSE), etc." (This has always been in the rules)

A correct example: [APPLAUSE] [BLANK_AUDIO] >> Let's give a big welcome to our next speaker, Jane Smith. >> [APPLAUSE] >> Hello.
